Award winning professional bellydancer Jillina leads this 72 minute instructional program designed to teach both contemporary and traditional bellydancing techniques and moves, set to a modern Arabic song by Wanda. The program includes sections on stretching, techniques, instruction, performance and dance moves. At difficultly level three, this lesson is designed for more advanced dancers.
